Colorful Fairy Tales is the first Czech children's book with LGBTQ+ main characters and educational stories for children. It is the first book of its kind on the Czech market, where the main characters of the fairy tales are inspired by autobiographical statements of real people from the LGBTQ+ community. Not all fairy tales are only about queerness, in the stories you will encounter the topic of gender, experienced stereotypes and various visual differences such as alopecia.
The first book of the Colorful Fairy Tales project contains four stories, an educational dictionary, and a dictionary of Old Czech words.
